When "eat less, exercise more!" just doesn't cut IT

I get it - and I know you do too - if you reduce your food intake and exercise properly you'll lose weight. But let's face it - if it was that easy we'd all be fit, fabulous and full of energy and we'd have no need to ever visit this subject again. But the very fact that this is far from the case (in epidemic numbers, mind you) tells us that there's something missing and that "something" is themissing piece to the fat loss puzzlehere is it
